Setup in your accounts
We build your bots inside your own Grok Bot team account and connect them to the mail, calendar and docs tools you already use, where Grok Bot supports them (for example Google Workspace or Microsoft 365).
Your bots start work
The bots run on the schedules we agree in setup. You choose which tasks get a check from your side before anything goes out.
Ongoing tuning
We watch how the bots perform and adjust them as your work changes. You tell us what to change. We do the work.

You own it
Your bots live in your own Grok Bot team account, so the account is yours from day one. So are the bots, the data they work with and the skills we build for them.
If you stop working with us, all of it stays with you. There is nothing to export and nothing to hand back.
Questions
Who owns the bots and the account?
You do. Everything runs in your own Grok Bot team account. If you leave, you keep the account, the bots, your data and the skills.
Will a bot send anything without my approval?
Not by default. We set up your bots so that emails, messages and anything else that leaves your company are drafted first and approved by a person on your side. You decide which tasks need approval.
What happens to my data?
Your bots run in your own accounts. Your data is processed by Grok Bot and the tools you connect, under their terms. We don't copy it into systems of our own.
You add our operator to your Grok Bot team account. You connect your own tools, and we never ask for your passwords. You can remove us at any time.
What is billed separately?
Your Grok Bot team plan is billed to you directly by X. We don't resell seats, and our prices don't include that plan. Taxes and usage top-ups are also extra.
Can I cancel?
Setup fees are one-time. Your account, bots and data stay with you after you cancel.
Do I need to be technical?
No. We do the setup and the tuning. You review drafts and tell us what to change.
