The service

We set up, tune and manage AI bots in your own Grok Bot team account. The package you choose sets which bots, how often we tune them and what support you get. The details are on our pricing page and in your order confirmation.

Ownership

Your Grok Bot team account, your bots, your data and the skills we build for you belong to you. They stay with you if the service ends.

Approvals

By default, bots draft messages and actions that leave your company, and a person on your side approves them before they are sent. You are responsible for what you approve.

AI output

Bots can make mistakes. Review what they draft before you approve it. You are responsible for the output you approve and use.

Acceptable use

The founder AI stand-in must not be used to mislead people about who they are talking to.

Fees and billing

This website has no checkout, and billing happens off-site. Setup fees are one-time. Prices are in US dollars. Taxes and usage top-ups are extra.

Third-party services

Your Grok Bot team plan is billed to you by X and is covered by X's own terms, which you agree to with X. We don't resell it. The same applies to other tools you connect.

Founding-client terms

If you join at a founding price, the founding terms on our pricing page apply, including when the price moves to full.

Changes

If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top and tell active clients by email.
