Our role
For website visits, forms, call requests and email enquiries, we decide how the data is used (we're the controller). For client account and billing details, we're the controller too. For client service data, we act on your behalf (as a processor), and a data processing agreement is available on request.
Where this website runs
This website is built and hosted on Kajabi. Kajabi processes data for us as our processor, under its data processing addendum. Kajabi loads its own scripts on these pages and sets functional and usage cookies, including rl_anonymous_id. These keep the site working and let us see page views and form sign-ups. We haven't added other analytics or advertising pixels.
Fonts
Our pages load the LINE Seed JP font from Google Fonts. To send the font, Google receives your IP address, the address of the page and your browser details. Google says the Fonts API doesn't set cookies and doesn't use this data to build profiles or target ads.
When you fill in a form or request a call
Our forms, including the call request form, are hosted by Kajabi. When you send one, Kajabi stores what you enter, such as your name, email, company, role and message, as a contact in our Kajabi account. We use it to reply, set up the call and talk about working together. To book a call, you send a request through the form, and we reply by email to set a time. We may send you a reminder and one follow-up about the call.
Downloads, courses and emails from us
If you sign up for a free download or a course, Kajabi stores your details and, for a course, your progress. If you agree to receive emails from us, Kajabi sends them, and every one has an unsubscribe link.
When you become a client
Your bots run in your own Grok Bot team account and your own connected tools. Your data is processed there by Grok Bot and the tools you connect, under their terms. We don't plan to copy it into systems of our own, and if we ever need to, we'll tell you first.
You add our operator as a member of your Grok Bot team account, and you connect your own tools. We don't ask for your passwords. To remove our access, remove that member in your team settings. Your use of Grok Bot is covered by X's own terms and privacy policy.
AI processing
Client data that your bots work with is processed by AI models through Grok Bot (X).
Sharing
We don't sell personal data. We share it only where we need to, to run this website and our work:
- Kajabi (website, forms, call requests and email) and Kajabi's subprocessors, listed at kajabi.com/policies/subprocessor-list
- Google (fonts)
- our email provider
- X (Grok Bot), for clients
- our professional advisers, such as accountants and lawyers, when we need their advice
- anyone we're required by law to disclose it to
International transfers
Kajabi stores data in the United States, on Amazon Web Services. Google is also based in the United States. Kajabi's data processing addendum includes the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
You don't have to give us your data
Giving us personal data is up to you. If you don't, we may not be able to reply, set up a call or provide the service.
Children
This website and our service aren't meant for anyone under 20, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or to send you a copy. You can withdraw your consent at any time, and you can object to marketing. To stop marketing emails, use the unsubscribe link in any of them.
If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC) at pdpc.or.th.
